The assembly time and activity details will be announced on the Live Nation HK social media platforms and official website closer to the performance date. The organizer reserves the right to refuse latecomers. If participants fail to attend the VIP activities or benefit redemption on time, unclaimed benefits will be considered forfeited and cannot be redeemed afterward.
2. All VIP Experience upgrades are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
3. ⁠No refunds or exchanges are allowed for any gifts. Unclaimed gifts will be considered forfeited.
